Regular registration: publication fee for Springer, whorkshop attendance, CD-ROM proceeding, postage, reception, lunches, banquet, coffee breaks, souvenir	Participants with accepted papers	US$300 (US dollar) or HK$2,325 (Hong Kong dollar)
Over-length page charge (if more than 10 pages)	Each additional page	US$50 or HK$390
Additional banquet ticket	Each additional ticket	US$35 or HK$270
One printed book	Pick up on site only	US$75 or HK$570

1. Registration deadline for authors with accepted papers is June 10, 2009. Without a valid registration, the paper can not be published.

2. Each paper must be accompanied by at least one regular registration, and each regular registration covers the publication of only one accepted paper.

3. We will send the CD-ROM to no-show authors after the workshop.

4. Registration can be made in either US dollar or Hong Kong dollar.
