    • If you are a LaTeX user, use the document class file in the zip file here which also contains a sample paper. You can create a IEEE Xplore compliant PDF file using the commands:

      ps2pdf mypaper.ps mypaper.pdf
    • If you are a Microsoft Office user, you can download the MS Word template in a sample.  A good way to convert a Word file to PDF is to use IEEE PDF eXpress (see instructions below). Please register, log in, and upload your Word file. The website will convert it to PDF file for you and send you an email shortly with the converted PDF file in attachment.

  • Please make sure that your PDF file passes the IEEE PDF eXpress compliance check. This is an IEEE requirement for the publication of the proceedings.
Further instructions can be found in the following file: IEEE PDF eXpress Instructions.

  • In order for your accepted paper to be published in the conference proceedings, a signed IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted for each paper. In case of any problems with eCF, please sign the completed IEEE Copyright Form here and upload it from your author's account.

  • The IWACI2010 Proceeding will be published by IEEE (IEEE Catalog Number: CFP1040J-ART; ISBN: 978-1-4244-6337-4). All papers accepted and presented at IWACI2010 will be indexed by EI.

  • For all matters related to paper format, please contact the Publications Chair: Dr. Nian Zhang at nzhang@udc.edu.
